M&B Construction Ltd has been appointed to the role of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage on all of our projects. All of our site managers have completed the ‘Managing Safely in Construction’ course which is operated by the Construction Industry Federation and is approved and validated by the institution of Occupational Safety and Health. In addition, Site Managers have also completed the course ‘Managing the role of PSCS’. This course is also run by the CIF and provides management with the necessary tools, knowledge and understanding to successfully manage the role of P.S.C.S. Site Management and Safety Officers are also trained in occupational First Aid and site employees receive additional training in areas including manual handling, the use of abrasive wheels and fire training etc.

It is M&B Construction Ltd’s policy to maintain its on-going high performance in relation to Health and Safety. The company is proud of its safe systems of work and accident prevention measures and as a result we have had zero reportable accidents for several years. The company operates a Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ‘SafeTCert’ and is registered under the scheme in respect of Civil Engineering and Building contracting.
